Open to all registered Kindergartens/ Nurseries/ Creche.Represented by the Principal or appointed person.
 
Ordinary Membership: Ahli Biasa:
For person professionally qualified or engaged in preschool work,willing to abide by the aims and objectives of the Association.All applications must be approved by the Executive Committee.
 
Life Membership: Ahli Seumur Hidup:
This membership shall be available on application to the ratification by the Executive Committee. A Life member shall pay one subscription and shall enjoy the rights and priveleges of an ordinary member without any further subscription.
 
Honarary Membersip: Ahli Kehormat:
This membership may be offered to such persons as are nominated by the Executive Committee. Honorary Members may attend general meetings of the Association as observes with voice but no vote. They shall not be liable for any debts due to or owing by the Association.
 
Associate Member: Ahli Bersekutu:
Open to those who are interested in promoting aims and objectives of the Association.They shall enjoy all privilieges of the Association and can participate in all meetings but shall not be eligible to vote unless elected by the Executive Committee.
 
Permohonan Menjadi Ahli 4.B
Article 4.B of Constitution “All applications shall be duly approved by the Executive Committee.The Executive Committee may at its discretion reject any application without assigning any reason therof.”
