The PTM Zero Energy Office Building recognised in short :- ZEO Building is an administration-cum-research office for Pusat Tenaga Malaysia (Malaysia Energy Centre), following the success of the Low Energy Office (LEO Building) which hosted the Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications (KTAK) in Putrajaya,. The ZEO building is a pilot project, a demonstrator building which marked another milestone towards greater promotion and adoption of sustainable building concept in the Malaysian building sector. PTM-ZEO is the only such building in Malaysia that integrates the Energy Efficiency, EE and Renewable Energy, RE in one working demonstrator building. At the moment we only recommend study on the early post occupancy studies such as Internal Air Quality (IAQ) of the building. Research on the performance of the ZEO Building is not advisable as we are currently undergo finetuning and monitoring stage as well as compilling documents. However, those who interested may want to liaise closely with the PTM Management for the availability of the ZEO Building's performance related research in the future.
